We’re seeking a motivated Ceramic Flooring Installer to join our growing tile and stone division. This position works with ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and specialty tile installations in commercial and industrial settings. Projects are located throughout the Midwest , with a focus on the greater Indianapolis area .
Pay: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
Hours: Based on project needs (some travel and weekend work may be required)
Non-local work includes paid travel expenses .
Install ceramic, porcelain, and stone tile in a variety of commercial and industrial environments
Perform surface preparation, including leveling, cleaning, and waterproofing as needed
Cut, set, and grout tile according to specifications and project requirements
Ensure accuracy, craftsmanship, and attention to detail in all installations
Work safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized job site
Collaborate with team members and foremen to ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
2+ years of experience in ceramic, porcelain, or stone tile installation preferred
Proficiency in layout, cutting, and grouting techniques
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel throughout Indiana and the Midwest (overnight stays as needed)
