Compensation and Benefits We pay our Device Repair Technicians a competitive starting wage of $15/hour, based on experience, (PAID WEEKLY). We also offer solid benefits including 3 paid sick days (after 90 days), paid holidays (after 90 days), a weeks paid vacation (after 1 year), a monthly paid spiff program, employee discounts, and paid training and development. Your life as a Retail Sales Associate / Device Repair Technician You arrive for each shift excited to meet new people and sell products, services, and solutions. Any clerk can sell a pack of AA batteries, but you are a trusted advisor that can recommend the right battery for the application whether it\'s a cell phone, truck, or recreational vehicle. You also answer inbound phone calls and happily answer customer questions. You love chatting with people and are able to make personal connections easily to ensure that every customer feels welcome and valued. You get to use your mechanical skills to repair our customers\' cell phones, tablets, and other devices. Your experience has given you the confidence to assist our customers with their technology troubles. You feel good about representing a company with a solid reputation and playing an important part in their success. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 6 months of small electronic device repair experience able to lift 50 LBS from time to time Customer service and retail sales experience are preferred, but not required.
