As a Cannabis Associate Courier, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and safely, enhancing their experience with our brand. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering cannabis products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring compliance with all local and state regulations regarding cannabis delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and inventory.
- Providing exceptional customer service during each interaction, answering questions, and offering product recommendations when necessary.
- Collaborating with the retail team to manage inventory and assist with in-store operations as needed.

Salary

$20 - $22 USD per hour

Required Skills

- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products and their effects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.

-Familiarity of NYC public transportation and ability to ride a bike.
- Familiarity with local and state cannabis regulations.
- Reliable transportation for deliveries.

Desired Skills

- Previous experience in a delivery or courier role in the cannabis industry.

-Must have Cannabis retail experience for over 1 Year

-Strong interpersonal skill and self starter mentality
- Customer service experience in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of the TriBeCa area and surrounding neighborhoods.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for cannabis and commitment to promoting responsible use.
