Manufacturing Assembler (1st Shift)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join our team in Fairfield, OH. This position offers an opportunity for growth within a cleanroom environment, where precision and quality are very important.

1st shift: 6:00am-4:00pm, Monday through Thursday

Overtime paying $28.50/hr. Weekly pay

Responsibilities:

• Set up lines using hand and power tools to assemble window frames.
• Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with cleanroom standards.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Proven assembly experience.
• Willingness to work overtime, with availability to work 50+ hours a week.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with medical assembly is advantageous.
• Proficiency with hand tools and measuring tools.

Work Environment:

This position operates on a 1st shift schedule, running from 6am-4pm, Monday through Thursday. The work environment is a cleanroom setting where adherence to cleanliness and precision is essential. Employees should be comfortable with the use of hand and power tools and expect a dress code that maintains the cleanroom standards.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, OH.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
