What You’ll Do

  • Engage in daily residential canvassing door to door to generate qualified sales consultations.
  • Schedule appointment consultations for our sales team.
  • Record leads & appointments in Salesforce CRM.
  • Attend training and team meetings.
  • Manage changing schedules, stay organized & self-driven.
  • Hours: 20–29 hours per week, Tuesday– Friday, 4:00 pm–8:00 pm & Saturday, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

What You Need

  • Strong verbal communication & customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and interacting outdoors
  • Willingness to learn systems (CRM, email tools)
  • Self-motivated, dependable, goal-oriented
  • High School Diploma or GED

Condition of Employment: Post-offer background check, MVR Check, and drug screen required. Mountain West Windows and Doors participates in E-Verify.
