The ideal professional will be responsible for making payments owed by the company to suppliers and other creditors, paying vendor invoices or bills, and purchasing materials for work orders. Job Highlights: Handle bookkeeping entries and maintain accurate financial records Process outgoing payments based on company financial procedures Verify, classify, and record accounts payable and bookkeeping data Support payroll by gathering hours, entering payroll data, and preparing reports Reconcile the AP ledger and verify that all bills and payments are posted correctly Review vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain strong vendor relationships Manage purchasing tasks including sourcing materials and negotiating pricing Assist with general administrative duties as needed What we look for: QuickBooks Desktop experience is required Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience Strong work ethic Professional curiosity and willingness to learn High accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PDF tools People skills and a calm, steady approach during busy periods Ability to multitask and switch tasks quickly when needed Sales tax knowledge Human Resources experience is a plus Construction knowledge, especially wood framing, is preferred 2989OS Express Office: Centennial 12200 East Briarwood Avenue 148 Centennial, CO 80112
